| David Coulter - David Coulter joined Warburg Pincus in 2005 as a Managing Director and Senior Advisor and focuses on the firm's financial services practice. From 2000 through 2005, Mr. Coulter held a series of positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and was a member of the Office of the Chairman. He also held senior executive positions at The Beacon Group and served as Chairman and C.E.O. of BankAmerica Corporation. Mr. Coulter is a Director of PG&E Corporation and Strayer Education. He is a board member of the San Francisco Art Institute, Asia Society, MENTOR/National Mentoring Partnership and the Lincoln Center Group. Mr. Coulter received a B.S. and M.S. from Carnegie Mellon University. |
