Robert Sproul, Chief Executive Officer - Robert Sproul joins Fritz Institute after close to thirty years in the advertising business as a senior executive in San Francisco and New York as well as the owner of several firms in the Bay Area.  Most recently Bob was a partner in Madison Sproul & Partners, a marketing and business consulting firm working with companies such as Tyson Foods, Boise Paper, First American Title, Wells Fargo, and Russell Athletic. Prior to Madison Sproul, Bob was the General Manager of Clear Ink, the East Bay’s largest interactive and traditional ad agency. Bob was part of a team that grew Clear Ink from a thirty employee company known for promotions and collateral, into a complete integrated marketing company with billings of $180MM and 170 employees and a range of clients that spanned wine and food industry firms to a who’s who of technology companies.

Bob has an accomplished history of working with San Francisco Bay Area non-profits in the area of board policy and fundraising. Bob has served on the Alumni Board of Directors and was Chairman of the Letters and Science Board at University of California Berkeley. He helped UCB with its billion dollar campaign and in 2006 assisted with the fundraising efforts for the Bancroft Library that netted $20MM for renovations. As Chairman of the Board for the East Bay Conservation Corps, he steered the organization from being a purely service organization into a certified educational institution by founding and fundraising for the establishment of a charter school in Oakland, CA.
