CHL DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS
After an extensive Request for Information and interview process, the AC partnered with three global and well established learning institutions that have a long history of working together, the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport-UK (CILT-UK), People Development Group (PDG), and the Logistics Learning Alliance (LLA).

CILT-UK, in partnership with Fritz Institute, is the awarding body for the certification. CILT-UK will also serve as the External Verifiers for Certification Level I, creating the quality assurance standards and assessment criteria. CILT-UK is a worldwide non-profit with 25 years of experience in the design, implementation and management of qualifications for logistics and supply chain management.

PDG has worked in conjunction with the AC to create the competence model, learning materials, learning system environment, and coaching guides. PDG’s work is truly global, having trained over 120 nationalities and in over 50 different countries, often involving working with different languages in a variety of formats.

LLA is the approved learning center and will coach the candidates. LLA has been closely involved in the development of CILT qualifications since 1991 and has managed the coaching and assessment for all PDG students undertaking the competency programs of the CILT since 1999.

+ Certification in Humanitarian Logisitics

The format of this course is especially beneficial, as it highlights processes, and how to analyze situations, which have practical applications in the field.  Since beginning the program in October 2006, I have been impressed with the online delivery and professional support of the coaches who provided valuable feedback.  I believe this is very useful training, to enhance logistics skills in humanitarian work situations.
