Steering Committee With Fritz Institute as the appointed Secretariat, the first step in the development of HLA has been to establish an HLA Steering Committee (SC). The SC will play a crucial role in the development of the association as a representative body of the humanitarian community. Many dedicated humanitarian logisticians have stated their interest and volunteered their time to participate on the steering committee, which has led to a diverse group of members.
